| Another new addition has been made to Kings Para-Transit’s fleet! A second accessible minibus with the capacity to transport 10 passengers/4 wheelchairs was purchased in the Spring of 2009. This purchase was made possible through capital grants received from the Government of Canada - 2006 Public Transit Capital Trust Fund, the province of Nova Scotia - Accessible Transportation Assistance Program and Conserve Nova Scotia through the Ecology Action Centre’s Green Mobility Grants. The Eastern Kings Memorial Health Foundation, Wolfville also contributed capital funding. Several community groups and organizations have already used our new bus for day trips and field trips to various locations throughout Nova Scotia. Call us today to book your trip!
